As part of multi-million platform replacement project (CISL), planning and controlling the development of a significant programme of major functional releases and platform upgrades for the Inbound Architect telephony control and reporting solution.
Resource Management of up to 30 development and system test professionals, split into 6 Teams and working on up to 4 distinct streams of development in parallel. This involved working with resources off-shored in India as well as resources in 2 UK locations.
Key member of CISL and IA programme boards.
Stakeholder management and reporting.
Predicting and reacting to changes in business priorities, the needs of our customers and supplier capability to deliver quality software solutions onto the live systems and end-to-end testing models in a timely and professional manner.
